Comfortable stay with everything I needed for a chill 3-day escape. The kitchen came in handy with a microwave, electric kettle, and a fridge. 🍳

Good value, recommend. Spacious, clean bathroom. Incredibly nice and affable staff and owner. Modern rooms, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location just off Palace and promenade as well as the centre of the town. Btw, located close to old town.

The location was absolutely perfect, right between the main attractions and the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The shower was amazing, with great water pressure. The host was really helpful, giving us lots of information about the area and even showing us where to find free parking.
The shared terrace didn't offer any great views, just other buildings. , the room we stayed in was a bit small and didn't have much space for drying clothes.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming historical villa in a central location. The staff, including receptionist Ivana, were welcoming and gave great tips for exploring Split. The renovated villa had high standards and my room was clean, tidy, and had good air-conditioning. The owner, Tina, and her husband provided free parking and took great care of all guests, including those staying for just one night. it was a perfect location for sightseeing in the historical center of town.

Stayed at Villa Nautica for a few days and it was perfect! The central location was ideal, close to everything yet quiet. Our room had lots of character, a spacious bathroom, and Ivana, the hostess, was extremely pleasant and gave great tips. A personal touch from Katarina with prompt emails and helpful directions. A clean and tidy place, with Filip going above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
Do recommend this hotel.

It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the area.
The lack of parking facilities. It was a bit of a hassle to find parking nearby, especially in a busy city.

Charming, clean and comfy room in a prime spot, minutes from the center but quiet enough for a good sleep. Exceptional value for money. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to offer suggestions and directions. The location was perfect for sightseeing, close to the promenade, bars, and restaurants. The room had all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and AC. Seamless check-in process with responsive communication from the host. Amazing stay!

I recently stayed at Villa Nautica Stone House for a short vacation. From the moment I arrived, Ivana greeted me with a warm smile and provided helpful directions and suggestions. The location of my room was perfect, close to everything. The owner, Filipe, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. He even helped my girlfriend surprise me with a birthday gift and promptly resolved a minor issue with the heater. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the terrace was lovely, and the nearby restaurants were amazing. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
Would recommend this hotel.
